How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered within 7–14 calendar days from the date of purchase. This applies to all destinations globally.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if my order is delayed?

If your camera arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
